Support For Online Services
The most common problems using our online services are listed below.
Cookies Not Enabled (Account Access Only)—For security purposes, your web browser must be set to accept cookies from "flexteller.net". The instructions below are for Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Other browsers, including Netscape, Firefox and Opera, will have similar settings in their "Preferences" or "Options" menu.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click the "Default" button (or manually set the slider on the left anywhere between "Low" and "High").
- Click the "Sites" button.
- Type "flexteller.net" into the "Address of Web site" field.
- Click the "Allow" button.
- Keep clicking "OK" until you have exited "Internet Options".
Deactivated Account (Account Access Only)—For your protection, your account will be deactivated after 3 consecutive failed login attempts. If your account has been deactivated, please call us at (435) 637-2443 for assistance.
Daily Processing (Account Access Only)—Account Access will be unavailable daily around 6pm-7pm and for several hours on the last day of each month for account processing. Multiple login attempts during these periods may result in the deactivation of your account.
Internet Service Disruptions (All Services)—While we make every effort to keep our servers running consistently for our members, occasionally there may be Internet service disruptions that are beyond our control. If you are having difficulty accessing our system, wait a few minutes and try again. Chances are that the issue will be resolved shortly. Restarting your computer may also help to resolve the issue. If the problem continues for an extended period please contact us at the number listed below.
